OUR PROCESS
We love working with our clients to design and build the beach home they have always wanted. From the initial consultation through project completion, you will be guided through the process of building your one-of-a-kind home on Long Beach Island.
We will evaluate your building site to ensure your home, and all your outdoor living spaces are designed to work with the natural shape and size of your lot.
Sometimes, clients enjoy working with our plans as a starting point, other clients come with their home plans designed by their own architect. Our team can review or design your plans. Once the plans are final, we will discuss the specifications and selections for your new home. Building with Stonehenge means custom is custom. We specialize in building your vision.
Once the design is complete, our team will provide a budget for your home. While product availability, necessary building inspections, or even weather can affect our schedule, we do everything possible to build your home within the timeframe provided. This is where expert project management and construction coordination are critical. Our team will be in continuous contact with you during the project completion period so that you are kept in the loop and are 100% aware of all aspects of building your new home on LBI.
One of the things we are best known for as a builder on Long Beach Island is our service after the closing. Just because you have closed and are enjoying your new home doesn’t mean we aren’t there for you. Many of our homeowners rely on us for warranty service after they close. We are happy to keep in touch and provide any covered services you may need.
